Yellowstone and Wyoming

Day 2 and 3
533 miles
Yellowstone Park was amazing-some bison, moose, eagles and their nest--no bears, but lots of traffic. It rained some of the day, but most of the day was beautiful. We drove through Wyoming with miles of wide open space-- there are less than 500,000 people in the whole state. The drive was beautiful. Wyoming in a nutshell--tepees, windy, we crossed the Great Divide, Buffalo Bill's Erma Hotel, the early Mormon settlement mural-wow, firework factory outlet--Jacob could have spent the whole day there. He settled for 30 minutes and left with a stash. The hotel upgraded our room, so not only was it clean, but new everything. The boys swam in the pool and went to sleep talking about a great day.
